We collect one thing, for one reason, and you can have it deleted by replying to any message we send. That is the whole policy — the rest is detail you are entitled to.
Who we are
Demarvo, an online skincare store opening in 2026. Written to at [email protected]. Until the company is registered, the data controller is the founder, reachable at that address.
What we collect
Your email address, and only if you type it into the waitlist form yourself. Nothing is collected from you by visiting this page.
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and contains no tracking pixels — no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no session recording. The fonts are served from this domain rather than from Google, so rendering a page here tells no third party anything about you, including your IP address.
Why we hold it
To send you one message when Demarvo opens. That is the entire purpose. We will not send a newsletter, we will not sell or share the list, and we will not pass it to a third party for marketing.
The legal basis is your consent, given by submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
Who else touches it
The form is handled by Formspree, which receives the submission and forwards it to us. They act as a processor on our instructions. Nobody else has access.
How long we keep it
Until we have told you we are open, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. If Demarvo does not open, we delete the list.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us holding it at all. Write to [email protected] and we will act on it. There is no form to fill in and no reason you need to give.
If we handle it badly, you can complain to your national data protection authority. In the Netherlands that is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
